Absolutely delighted with my new garage door.
The installers were friendly, tidy, and clearly knew their craft.
The door looks fantastic and works perfectly.
It’s rare to find tradespeople who take such pride in their work, but these guys certainly do.
Couldn’t be happier with the result.
Highly recommend

John and Ashley made a brilliant job of fitting my new garage doors which was not easy for them as a result of the slope on my drive. Both were extremely pleasant and did not go home until they had finished the job and the locks were working properly(7.15pm)
The new doors were a perfect match to the wood cladding on my house. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Dimensions Garage Doors delivered excellent service — professional, precise, and genuinely customer‑focused.
Josh diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and the workmanship shows in how smoothly the door now operates.
All be it temporary
Until I have a new one fitted
Highly recommend this company

I recently had a new garage door installed by Dimension. The quality of the end to end process was excellent - from initial quotation, proposed installation date, actual installation date and installation itself - each stage was fulfilled as promised. The installation team were excellent too, and the site was left as new!! Well done Dimension Doors - sadly I have no need for any more!!

Very happy with our entire experience of Dimensions Garage Doors. We had an old garage door that was stuck locked shut, which they quickly visited to assess and find us the best solution. It was removed and a new door fitted, looking extremely neat and tidy. The communication throughout was excellent and we felt in very good hands - a problem that was causing lots of stress was fixed so seamless - highly recommend!

I shopped around a few places for an electric garage door and ended up choosing Dimensions.
I was happy with the quote, the level of information and detail about the service and the product setup.
The workers installing the door took great care and cleaned up all mess as well as removal of the old setup. I was very happy with the entire process and would recommend this company to those wanting a replacement garage door! The end result looks very sleak and fits my requirements.
Thank you very much

Dimensions Doors were absolutely fantastic! They were very prompt right from coming over for the quote, showing us colour samples and answering all the questions we had. We saw a few different options at their office in Old Town which helped make a decision on what to go with. Communication was great all along. The actual installation from Ash and Tyrone was perfect - timely and very neat. We are very pleased with their service, would highly recommend.

Initial query dealt with very effectively by the office who arranged for Craig to visit us within a few days. Craig was very helpful in the advice he provided - not at all pushy and very clear on the pros and cons of each option. Installation arranged very quickly and fitters, Ash and Tyrone, turned up promptly on the alloted date. Fitted the door quickly and efficiently, - took away the old door and left no mess. Were very friendly and gave a good handover.

I can't speak highly enough about this company... other than to say, Dimension Garage Doors are a delight to do business with, and look no further. From the initial customer survey to the installation 4 weeks later, it has been just perfection. The team were able overcome an 'out of flush' issue with lintel and frame to for perfect alignment and operation. The quality of the product and Somfy controls are first class and very good value for money. The instalation team were very diligent and kept me appraised of the options and decisions throughout the 4 hour installation. They left our place spotless.
Great job Team Dimension Garage Doors.
